It is a very real possibility that the October 7th attack could have been facilitated by forces within Israel and maybe their allies. After all, we know that multiple forces are facilitating Hamas, and this turns Hamas into a tool that can be used to create a False Flag event. This, however, is irrelevant to the issue of Hamas, what Hamas is doing to the people of Gaza, and their actions on October 7th.
If your neighbor trains his dog to be an attack dog, and then he orders his dog to attack your dog, or your cat, or your child -- your order of response will be to (1) protect your family member, (2) eliminate/capture the attack dog, and (3) pursue legal action against the owner of the dog.
IF it turns out that your wife was complicit, then you will also pursue legal action against your wife, but this will be part of Step 3.
Hamas didn't have to do what it did. And, the radicalized and broken Palestinian civilians who robbed, raped, kidnapped and murdered Israeli civilians on October 7th didn't have to do what they did. So, even if someone in Israeli's own house sought to profit or benefit from such an attack, allowing it to happen or even facilitating it, that does not remove responsibility from Hamas, their combatants or the Gazans who joined in.
They are 100% responsible for their actions, and maybe another group is 100% responsible for their role...yet, still...this is part of Step Three.
Finally, my Substack comment section will be as polite as my Substack content, and that means strongly held feelings and ideas can be expressed. But, not base level rude behavior such as "stfu." So, please remove the below insult and please edit the above comment. You can say, "Your view is pathetic and lacks nuance (etc)," just leave the curse words out when referring to people. You can say, "I'm really fucking tired of humans hurting other humans!" But, you may not insult people directly in my comment section. Thanks.

So who forced Palestinians to take and kill hostages?
Not a good debate.
