USAID-Files? Meet USAID-Gate.
Take a look at some of the USAID "expenditures" that are coming to light.

Corruption is embedded into our DNA, and our spiritual nature, ever since “the fall.” All human built structures need maintenance.
Stone is worn down by water…
Wood is bored into and eaten by insects as it rots…
And government systems are no different.
People say a society can be judged by how it treats its poor. Usually, those people are advocates for the poor. Other people say a society can be judged by how it treats animals. Again, those people are usually animal advocates.
How about housekeepers? Maintenance crews? Car mechanics? And gardeners?
What do these people say? “Everything is falling apart, getting dirtier, or growing out of control — every minute of the day.” And generally, these folks are in agreement.
It is easier to maintain something than to fix it once it breaks.
The Government of the United States of America is broken. Why? Because the citizens of the USA have largely behaved like college kids, showing little interest in the running of their own country, much less the rapidly expanding rot that threatens to topple our nation. And they’ve behaved this way for DECADES.
And so, here we are.
Today, I’m sharing a list that I sourced from an account on X. He listed his own sources, for some of the data, and I dug around and have comments on a few others. I can’t promise it is perfect, because we’re only a week or two into the discovery of what USAID has and has not been funding with our American tax dollars.
But, if you’re a homeowner, you know that’s typical.
Just last summer, we tore apart a wall of our house that was consistently succumbing to an unknown source of moisture. That, my dear non-homeowning friends, is terrifying! My roofing guy is a champ — coming out to look for topside leak potential several times, as the construction guy ripped away more and more of my home. Holes were cut into the ceilings of the room nearest the wet wall, looking for an internal leak source. Piping throughout the house was analyzed. Windows were checked for poor seals and rainwater intrusion. The gutters along the roof line were checked myriad times, but they simply could not be the culprit! Yes, it reads like a horror story, with everyone scratching their heads and coming up with no real answers, as the brand new wall was built and we all eyed the sky, dreading the coming rainy season and the potential for all that work to be wasted if more water damage instantly appeared…
That entire disaster, as it turned out, was caused by a smaller downspout issue, with water coming out so fast that it splashed up onto the nearby wall, day after day, winter after winter, and that constant point of egress for rainwater — that misdirected flow — resulted in an entire wall needing to be ripped away, tossed into the dump, and entirely replaced.
The same is true of USAID. A misdirected flow of tax dollars.
With regard to the house, what if I’d waited another five or ten years to do anything about it? THEN, our weight bearing studs would have likely begun to rot. THEN, we might have found termites! And, in another five or ten years of inattention? The whole damn side of the house could have collapsed, the building might have been condemned, and then…? The entire house might have to be ripped down and rebuilt from the bottom up.
This is the outcome we want to avoid, is it not?
The United States of America has a STRONG Constitution, Bill of Rights, and overall government system that gives us the ability to protect, preserve and maintain it. But, WE must do the maintaining.
The current administration isn’t perfect. It’s made up of humans. But, of the people involved, most have proven their mettle. They are willing to be unpopular. They have refused to sell out, even when it directly and immediately harmed their careers. They have weathered the storms of government suppression and the attacks of the MMM (Media Manipulation Machine), rising from the ashes like a phoenix, stronger, wiser, and more committed than ever. And they have linked arms with one another, despite their acknowledged differences, with one far more important shared goal in mind.
To clean house, protect America, and preserve our way of life.
Below is the list! Please notice items in:
bold (trans agenda)
italics (DEI)
and LARGER FONT (which include my own questions and thoughts)
Regarding the “trans items,” — whether the Biden Administration used the “trans agenda” for its own purposes, or was taken over by the “trans agenda activists,” I don’t know. What I do know is that the LGB community has been taken hostage by a volatile and aggressive “trans subculture” using the hard-won LGB platform to ruthlessly pursues its own agenda — to the detriment of everyone, including gay men and lesbian women. That is a Substack soon to come.
DRUM ROLL PLEASE…..!
Here is a list of 25 USAID spending items that have been highlighted in public complaints or discussions, based on recent web information:
- $1.5 million to “advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in Serbia’s workplaces and business communities.”
- $70,000 for the production of a “DEI musical” in Ireland.
- $2.5 million for electric vehicles in Vietnam.
- $47,000 for a “transgender opera” in Colombia.
- $32,000 for a “transgender comic book” in Peru.
- $2 million for sex changes and “LGBT activism” in Guatemala
- $6 million to fund tourism in Egypt.
- Hundreds of thousands of dollars for a non-profit linked to designated terrorist organizations, even after an investigation was launched.
- $2 million + to EcoHealth Alliance, involved in research at the Wuhan lab.
- Hundreds of thousands of meals that went to al Qaeda-affiliated fighters in Syria.
- Funding to print “personalized” contraceptives birth control devices in developing countries.
- $16.8 million to support equitable outcomes in inclusion in Vietnam.
- $8.3 million for “equity and inclusion” education.
- $7.9 million to teach Sri Lankan journalists to avoid “binary-gender language.”
- $6.3 million to study men having sex with other men in South Africa.
- $20 million for producing an Iraqi version of Sesame Street.
- $520 million for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) consultants in Africa.
- $45 million for DEI scholarships in Burma.
- $2 million for Moroccan pottery classes.
- $2 million promoting tourism to Lebanon.
- Sent Ukrainians to Paris Fashion Week (specific amount not specified but highlighted for criticism).
- $200 million + of dollars to fund irrigation for the Taliban’s poppy fields. (I’m guessing this is legitimized with the idea of “legitimate” farmers growing poppies to supply “legitimate” pharmaceutical narcotics? But, who among us believes there is not a huge amount of graft, corruption, and drug profiteering going on?)
- $50 million for condoms in Gaza.
(This one is being “hotly contested” by the MMM (media manipulation machine — but (!!) USAID’s 2023 report shows that the US delivered over $60 million in contraceptives and condoms globally, with 89% of funds directed to Africa, 9% Asia and 2% to Latin America.)
Question: What is being delivered exactly?
— If it is “Depo-Provera,” the injectable progesterone contraceptive, a wide range of unpleasant and harmful side effects go along with that and women here in the USA are routinely under-informed of the side effects, so you can imagine how little transparency women in Africa receive.
— However, MEN in Africa are notoriously unwilling to use condoms for cultural reasons, or they prohibit their women from using contraceptives, which makes a once-every-three-months shot an easier option for the woman struggling to control her fertility in a society that allows men to control and abuse their wives.
— BUT, if we are funding “Day After Pills,” the risk of side effects is even greater, especially if desperate women use the medication too late in pregnancy.
— All in all, maybe African countries should be managing this on their own?
- $30 million for South African HIV/AIDS programs, criticized for misuse or inefficiency.
- $25 million for green transportation projects in Georgia, mocked for suggesting Georgia needs Teslas.
NOTE: These examples have been sourced from various news articles and posts on X discussing USAID spending, highlighting concerns over the allocation and oversight of these funds.
One final point.
Who thinks the USA is going to give away money without expecting something in return? Even if you simply want a more peaceful world, the goal is to “get something” for the money we hand out. So, what does it say, when we discover that USAID is actively funding organizations known to affiliate with terrorist groups?
Both before and after October 7th, 2023 — that’s exactly what’s been happening. You can’t go to the USAID website currently, because they’ve been “frozen” while accusations of improper use of American Tax Dollars is being investigated, but this is what still comes up in a Google Search:
YES — IN NOVEMBER 2024 — AFTER TRUMP’S ELECTORAL WIN, USAID LEAPT INTO ACTION…SENDING 1/4 OF A TRILLION AMERICAN TAX DOLLARS TO PRO-HAMAS PALESTINIAN GROUPS. (Read Full Article)
But it’s not just the Israelis who are noticing? So is India!
NEW DELHI: A letter written by a United States Congressman, Michael McCaul, who is also the Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, has brought the focus on the doubtful activities of US government-supported agencies that are financially supporting Pakistan-based terror organizations.
In a strongly worded letter dated 24 January to Samantha Power, Administrator of US Agency for International Development (USAID), McCaul has expressed “deep concerns” over USAID awarding $110,000 (Pakistani Rupees 3 crore) to Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD), a Michigan-based Pakistan-focused organization, which is connected to the Lashkar-e-Tayyaba and Jamaat-e-Islami.
HHRD, as per multiple intelligence agencies that track Pakistan, has ties to Jamaat-e-Islami, a terror network that operates in South Asia.
For some, albeit slight, light relief, here is footage from the USAID funded Irish DEI Musical:
