"Incentives" are "Legalized Bribery"
BEFORE incentives, family practice doctors were more relaxed and accepting of diversity in family medical choices. Now, saying "no" will get a family "fired" by their doctor. I wonder why?

Some people are okay with bribing medical doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to use their position of authority and presumed expertise to influence patients (who believe the advice they receive comes entirely from the goodness of the doctor’s heart) to consume a pharmaceutical product.
Such people believe in the inherent “goodness” and “excessive morality” of medical doctors, nurses, and pharmacists (despite all evidence to the contrary, given that such individuals have some of the highest alcoholism, drug abuse, and suicide rates compared to other professionals). While denying the deeply flawed humanity of such “experts,” such people insist that you can’t bribe medical professionals!
Which means these “incentives” must be for what purpose exactly? Just a “we like you, so we’re going to give you money as a celebration of the success you would have had even if we weren’t offering you HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars every year.”
That.
Is.
Not.
How.
Humans.
Operate.
