Welcome to Wisdom Wednesdays! Each midweek, look for inspiration, hard truths, perseverance, and even joy — in the face of all that life throws our way, because we are here to learn lessons as much as anything else.
Thursday, January 30th, 2025 (Yikes! I’m late!)
One of the most disheartening experiences a person can have, is watching other people make a huge mistake that hurts themselves (and others) simply because they don’t know better.
I’m not talking about judgy situations where we look down our noses at someone for some philosophical error in their thinking, stroking our ego while feeling superior.
No — I’m talking about the pain we feel watching others suffer.
When a climber falls to his death, because he placed a carabiner badly.
When a motorcyclist tries to do a wheely and ends up wrecking her bike and body.
Christopher Reeves becoming a paraplegic after his horseback riding accident.
A young man dying of blood poisoning after getting a tattoo in a 3rd world country.
Real tragedies.
Like what we’ve seen over the past five years, as our entire world was tested.
From December 2019 until today, we have all fared differently depending on how we responded. At least, in the quasi-free countries of the West, which still champion some level of individual choice, personal freedom, and human rights.
One of the “responses” people made was whether or not to believe the heavily funded monologue narrative pushed by the people standing to make money and gain power from the implementation and adoption of their preferred solution (and the absolute crushing, destruction, and elimination of any other solution).
To illustrate the insanity of this approach, and the tragedy of so many deaths that could have been avoided, I have created a table comparing the mRNA Covid Injections with Hydroxychloroquine, beginning in 2020 and lasting through 2023. As of 2024, I’d say the table would need new information.
Yes, I know. It’s a bit simplistic. This is because I want you to be able to read through it quickly. If you notice missing information (how could you not?), it’s absent because it doesn’t need to be there. For example: HCQ can cause eye problems in a small percentage of patients — IF taken at significantly high doses (10x the recommended dosage for Covid) AND for upwards of 5 years (compared to 6 weeks for prophylactic dosing of HCQ). This is not included because it is clearly not relevant for individuals looking to use HCQ off label to ameliorate Covid symptoms during high exposure circumstances.
My hope is that you will glean details and examples from this graph that will help you have productive conversations in the future with people who, as most of us know, are still living in a state of “government-induced” fear. Be gentle, be kind, and share when you think the recipient will be receptive.
