Go Arizona, Go!
This is awesome...the tide is turning, and it's about time. Now, we need to LOCK IN these wins!

It’s hard enough for Americans to keep up with what’s happening in their own state. Our states are like countries in Europe, without the benefit of centuries of culture and shared history. So, while the French and the Polish and the Spanish organize fairly well together (as we’re seeing with the massive Farmer’s Protests happening throughout Europe today) — Americans are at a significant disadvantage.
It’s not surprising, then, that tracking other states is nearly impossible for most of us. We tend to lean into stereotypes, rumors and assumptions about other states as much as Europeans lean into stereotypes about their nearest “nation state” neighbors. Just imagine what you’d hear if you asked a Washingtonian what they think of Texas, and you get the point. Rarely do humans bring their “fair and rational” brain to the table when trying to classify “others.”
But all this changes when we’re deeply worried about what’s happening in our home state and are considering a move. Then we’re motivated to look around for a better harbor, no? And we want details.
If we could hop in a time machine and go back in time to 2021, you’d find that Washington State was one of the worst states of the union, when it came to government overreach, unconstitutional mandates, the absolute elimination of Informed Consent for every single resident of the state, and our losses of human rights and freedoms across the board — it was atrocious.
UNLESS you loved and agreed with (or chose to be silent and comply with) the mandates, lock downs, vaccine passports, and overall silencing/cancelling/defamation of any voices differing from the government’s position (as in, tyranny, totalitarianism, dictatorship, and so on?) — you suffered.
So, my family developed an exit strategy.
Washington is along the Western Coastline, and we (along with Oregon and California) infamously incarcerated/interned/locked up hundreds of thousands of law-abiding Japanese Americans and Japanese Immigrants during a similar moment of societal panic (then it was a war of bombs, in 2021 it was biological warfare). Why did my island neighbors, alive at the time, turn against their Japanese neighbors? Or stand silent and do nothing?
Well, there are lots of reasons. But, primarily, it was because they didn’t match “the government’s definition of acceptable.” As Trudeau so infamously put it, while misinforming his constituents about the incredibly peaceful, law-abiding, community building, democratic Freedom Convoy in January 2022, “they were a fringe minority with unacceptable views.”
Everyone in Canada now knows, they live in a nation that no longer values Democracy, because Democracy hinges upon the presence and expression of all views, with respect for the value offered by those less often heard views. In other words, fringe minorities and their views are not only acceptable but important, fruitful, beneficial and their guaranteed protection is what protects ALL OF US, because you never know when YOU will be the one with a minority viewpoint.
In 2021 and 2022, my family could not blindly assume that people alive today would behave any better than their predecessors in the 1930’s and 1940’s.
And so, we developed an exit strategy, and that requires a minimum of three things:
A line that, should it be crossed, will trigger one’s exit.
A method of travel that is most likely to remain available once that line is crossed.
A destination.
A safe harbor. A place to move toward. A goal. Even better, maybe friends or family who are happy to receive you?
My goal was a state that still resembled the United States of America.
As it turns out, Idaho was doing better than Washington (and it’s right next door), but Montanta! Well now, Montana was amazing! They literally passed a law making vaccination status a protected class! Here are the deets:
House Bill 702 (“HB 702”) was passed by the 2021 Montana Legislature and became effective when signed by Governor Gianforte on May 7, 2021. The law prohibits discrimination based on vaccination status or having an immunity passport.
The law will be published as part of the Montana Human Rights Act in Title 49, chapter 2, part 3 of the Montana Code Annotated.
HB 702 prohibits discrimination in Montana based on vaccination status or possession of an immunity passport by a person, governmental entity, employer, or public accommodation.
The list of “American-esque” states grew longer, but let’s get back to Arizona!
This was just passed with nearly 100% support:
Whereas:
Strong and credible evidence shows Covid 19 and Covid 19 injections are biological and technological weapons, and Pfizer’s clinical data revealed 1,223 deaths, 42,000 adverse cases, 158,000 adverse incidents, and approximately 1,000 side effects, and an enormous number of people have died and or have been permanently disabled after having been injected by the Covid 19 injections, and strong and credible evidence from Sweden exists that Covid mRNA shots alter human DNA, and government agencies, media, and tech companies, and other corporations have committed enormous fraud by claiming Covid injections are safe and effective, and The Florida Department of Health has called for a halt to the mRNA injections, and continued experimentation on humans and denial of informed consent are violations of the Nuremberg Code and therefore constitute crimes against humanity,
Resolved:
On behalf of the preservation of the human race, the 2024 Arizona Republican Party Presidential Nominating Convention Delegates call upon Governor Hobbs and the state legislature to prohibit the sale and distribution of Covid injections and all mRNA injections in Arizona, and for the Arizona Attorney General to immediately seize all Covid injections and mRNA injections in Arizona and perform a forensic analysis on these so-called “vaccines.”
Here’s more information, which I am quoting from a Substack I’ve only recently discovered. Going forward, I’ll be watching Dr. Joseph Sansone’s Substack “Mind Matters and Everything Else with Dr. Joseph Sansone.”
Quote:
The Arizona Republican Party is now the second state Republican Party to pass the ‘Ban the Jab’ resolution and declare COVID-19 injections biological and technological weapons.
Shout out to Patriot Dan Schultz! When I reached out to Dan and asked him to submit the resolution, he did not hesitate. Dan submitted the ‘Ban the Jab’ resolution to the Republican Party of Arizona. The Arizona GOP voted today and passed the resolution with 95.62% of the vote! The resolution declares the COVID-19 injections biological and technological weapons and calls on the Governor to prohibit their distribution, the Attorney General to confiscate the vials, and conduct a forensic analysis of their contents.
In addition to being an attorney, Dan is a former West Point graduate and former U.S. Army counterintelligence and human intelligence officer. Dan Schultz advocates the Precinct Strategy, which seeks to wrestle control of the Republican Party back to the people. Previously, Dan Schultz submitted the ‘Ban the Jab’ resolution to the Maricopa County GOP. On Saturday January 13th, the Maricopa County GOP passed the resolution with 87.4% of the vote! A total 1494 votes were cast, 1306 in favor, 188 against. Maricopa County is the largest Republican County in the nation.
Is Dan Schultz running for office?
If so, I’d absolutely check him out and consider supporting him, because he’s doing the same sort of work I was doing in 2015-2016 on behalf of American citizens. At the time, I was supporting, organizing, and in the Democratic Party trenches, in support of Bernie Sanders’ campaign, which the Democratic Party actively, subversively, illegally, immorally, and grotesquely campaigned against in their pursuit of a Hillary Clinton Nominee.
This is why more than 50% of Americans self-identify as Independents.
“Democrats” are grossed out by the corruption of their party (Corporate Actors/Neo-Libs are a disaster) just like “Republicans” are furious with the corruption of their party (RINOs and some despite Trump’s takeover of the party’s image). What does this leave us? A huge job, as we try to fix the mistakes of the Baby Boomer Generation that got busy making money, going on vacations, and leaving the work of societal/community building to others…with predictable results.
Take heart from today’s Substack!
We are not alone.
We are not stupid.
We DO see that’s happening.
We ARE pushing back fiercely.
We WILL reclaim our country one hard working day at a time.
It will be worth it, in the end — and along the way.
There is nothing we can do that is more important than identifying and recognizing and cherishing our territorial lands, our constitution, our Western Values, our strengths, successes, and capability, and our commitment to rising to the occasion and doing what must be done.
I love your work. Much of what you describe here for your "escape plans" line up very closely with my own. I also live in WA, and the authoritarian "leadership" of our Dear Leader Lord Jay has had me considering exiting for some time. I'm still a bit leery of AZ due to their very obvious issues with election fraud (and all that implies for the state in general), but it is someplace I'm watching closely. And of course the skiing is a lot better in MT!
One comment. You, and many others, talk about the value of Democracy. But as I'm sure you know, actual Democracy is in fact just a fancy name for mob rule; in the most literal of terms, gang rape is an example of democracy taken to an extreme. The issue is more fundamental than Democracy. It is Freedom itself, and the God given rights that all people have, and that are (mostly) enumerated in our Bill of Rights. The system that we use in the US so people can enjoy these freedoms is a Representative Republic, which is designed to take the best parts of Democracy (hopefully) without allowing things to degenerate into mob rule. Our current (false) President and his Party have been working hard to destroy our Bill of Rights for the past 4 years, but lust for power does not stop with political affiliation. Under a Republican President we allowed the Patriot Act to be passed, which stripped or limited far more of our precious Freedoms than most people realize. And during Covid we allowed our Government to force us into living in a manner that most found to be horrendous, as you noted stripping us of many rights and freedoms. Both of these situations were driven by fear, and in both cases enough people were scared enough that those in power were able to strip us of those rights and freedoms without effective resistance. In the case of Covid, all it would have taken was enough people to simply refuse to comply and the whole scheme would have quickly fallen apart. But Fear was used to keep the majority compliant, while the noncompliant minority could only watch helplessly and hope that they would not become victims of the mob.
I'm sorry, I took off on a tangent that I could take even further but I'll try to get back to my original point. Whatever you want to call it, Freedom, Democracy or something else entirely, We The People must do everything in our power to force our elected officials to do what WE want, and to only enact laws that do not infringe upon our rights. As Ben Franklin noted, trading some freedom for security leads to the loss of both. If we do not elect representatives who will do their job by following our wishes, and following the Constitution, we will certainly lose the country that was once the United States of America. We're already far closer to this than I like to think about.
