A Hypocritical Day of Remembrance on Vashon Island - Pt 1
I may feel anger, and it comes across, but I am not wrong, and this needs to be said.

Dear Readers,
My Mom, ex-step-mother, my younger brother, and a plethora of friends all chose to join the mRNA Covid Injection Experiment. Some of them got upwards of seven (7) injections, several within a few weeks of successfully recovering from Covid.
NONE of them heard a peep of complaint or criticism from me. I was curious what rationale motivated the use of a “vaccine” in those who had just gained “natural immunity,” so this question I asked, but very gently and politely.
As a woman on the front lines of the war over our bodies, our God-given human right to bodily autonomy and freedom from medical intervention coercion, I both respect every person’s choice and understand how sensitive people can be to their choices being questioned.
I WALK MY TALK, in other words.
BUT — those who received my respect for their liberty and right to CHOICE in the doctor’s office? They do not return the favor.
Most have treated me with scorn, derision, disrespect, and a slew of slurs and gutter-talk that says much about them and nothing accurate about me.
Of all the mistakes my fellow islanders made during the COVID Years, the worst was their willingness to eagerly repeat the mistakes of their own island heritage.
You see, our island participated in the expulsion of Japanese Americans to concentration camps during WWII, and the current residents LOVE to pat themselves on the back, celebrating how much BETTER they are than islanders who stood by and did nothing during WWII.
Am I better? Yeah, sure. So are a small handful of islanders — but most? They became a bigoted and hateful pitchfork mob, with very little prodding. Or, just as bad — they supposedly disagreed, but stood by silently and did nothing.
Exactly like their grandparents, who cheered or watched silently while their Japanese Neighbors were being rounded up and trucked off the island — a fact that somehow continues to escape them?
QUOTE FROM TODAY’S FACEBOOK POST:
“There was a large turnout today to observe the 83rd anniversary of the Day of Exile when 111 Vashon Island residents of Japanese descent were forcibly removed from their homes as directed by Executive Order 9066. I've attended these events in the past and never believed that our government would do this again, but now we have an administration that is targeting people who have not been convicted of any crime and exiling them to foreign prisons.
AND MY REPLY:
It happened during Covid, when thousands of Washingtonians alone were forced out of their jobs (by Democratic Governor Jay Inslee) and hundreds of thousands of Washingtonians were left standing outside in the cold while there fellow citizens walked in and out of coffee shops, and movie theaters, and hospitals in order to get transplants, while those who had been waiting longer and were on death's door were denied.
In other countries, such as Australia and New Zealand and Austria and Canada (and CHINA), people were literally locked in their homes, and if someone walked into your home, who didn't live there, the police could be called and you would be arrested.
It became a crime to refuse to participate in an extremely dangerous human medical experiment and fines of upwards of €10,000 were applied in France, 3,500EU in Austria, plus potential jail time, just to give a couple examples.
There was even conversation in the state of Washington about creating camps where the unvaccinated could be sent in order to "protect the greater society from the risk that they presented," and this Island that sits around and celebrates this day of remembrance -- as if you remember at all -- you were loving the idea of kicking Islanders off the island and into camps elsewhere.
There was a long list of disgusting slurs that you created and used willingly -- or sat by silently and said nothing while others did -- that made ME AND MY BEAUTIFUL SONS AND OUR INCREDIBLE FIRE CHIEF AND SO MANY OTHER OTHERS -- into a lower class of human worthy of sacrifice, an excellent scapegoat AND this generation's test that the people who lived here during World War II failed miserably when they watched their Japanese Neighbors being rounded up because they were supposedly "a risk to everyone else."
When it came YOUR time to ignore yellow journalism, to refuse to cave to fear narratives, and to stand up and protect your fellow islanders from mass hysteria — to EARN our Human Right to Informed Consent — you all failed.
You would have fallen in line, back in Germany, in 1939, and you don't even realize it!
The blindness of people is the most dangerous aspect of our species, and no one on this island who treated the unvaccinated the way the Japanese were treated during World War II has any right to celebrate this "day of remembrance."
Because, when it mattered? — You forgot.
I WILL END WITH A SUCCESS STORY!
Novak Djokovic very publicly stood up for his/our Human Right to Informed Consent, saying he would rather miss out on future tennis trophies than be forced to get a Covid vaccine. And he did miss out, even being temporarily held by police and then kicked out of Australia, due to his unvaccinated status. The USA blocked him from competing here, as well. He was scorned, scoffed at, ridiculed and (like Joe Rogan) shamed for his personal medical decisions.
However, once the Covid governmental restrictions were relaxed, Novak came roaring back, with a string of international wins!
Proving that a person can bravely stand up for a human rights, willingly endure the censure and bigotry of people under the sway of the government/media/Big Pharma cabal, and still come out on top!
I agree with your substact with the exception of the following: (A) When an illegal immigrant has entered our country illegally, they have committed a crime! (B) We must have control over our bodies regarding whether or not we want to take vaccinations or not, etc., however, when it comes to the life of an unborn child, that in itself takes on an entirely different perspective. Although, you didn't explicitly site abortion, it made me think along that realm when you stated complete control of our bodies.
